A couple things to check out (thanks Zach). First on the plate is a video regarding Bush’s intelligence. As I have guessed at before, he is indeed intelligent:

This video makes some odd suggestions regarding his “change.” My initial thought was that since most americans are not as intelligent as Bush is (ie probably havent graduated from yale & harvard), by making himself seem less intelligent, he thus makes himself more personable/relatable to the average american?

My friend JP mentioned, “Of course, the thing that this completely ignores is the effect of stress on cognitive functioning.” Note how much Bush has aged over the last four years. Alas.
